Prevent and Fight Fatigue |

In an ideal world, we would all like
more time to ourselves to relax and unwind both physically and
mentally. The reality however is often very different. Does it often
seem that the harder you work, the more you long to relax, and the
less time you have to do so?
If the pressure is on at work, you have your hands full with a young
family or are coping with your finances - it is easy for you to feel
stressed and tired. You know that eating healthily and regularly, doing
some exercise and getting a good night's sleep would help but you
simply don't have time. Sounds familiar?
Dr Amanda Kirby, a GP who specialises in stress and fatigue notes,
"The sad truth is that most people have no idea what it's like to
feel truly energised. People are living at such a fast pace, that they
have no time to think about the impact their lifestyle is having on
their long-term wellbeing."
The good news is that we can incorporate small changes into our daily
routine to increase our energy levels and regain control of our
wellbeing. Click below for advice on how to stay fit and healthy, how
to handle friction and how to calm down at the end of the day.
