| Sleep Well |
 |
| Most of us need between seven and
nine hours sleep in order for the body to go through the vital
regenerative process that allows us to wake feeling refreshed and full
of energy.

| Top tips: |
 |
- Drink a glass of milk before bedtime. This is not just for
children, milk produces opiates that calm and soothe the body
- Soothe and relax with lavender - sprinkle a few drops on a
pillow or massage lavender oil into your feet just before you
drift off
- Take a warm bath 30 minutes before bedtime - adding one or
two drops of the following essential oils to the water -
camomile, lavender, marjoram, sandalwood or ylang-ylang
- Keep a notepad by your bed - write down anything you need to
remember for the morning - then you can switch off and rest
assured.
