Poor Diet - Yet still vital

The study set-up
J.M. Ussher from the University of London wanted to know if ingesting a combination of special ingredients with vitamins, trace elements, minerals, and standardised G115® ginseng extract could improve vitality - despite an otherwise poor diet.

222 male and female subjects averaging 39 years of age were examined, each of them pursuing an active career in middle management.

Quality of life on trial
The subjects were randomly divided into two main groups. These two groups were then split into two subgroups according to the subjects' eating habits. One subgroup had healthy nutritional habits, the other had an unhealthy diet.
Subjects received either the combination of special ingredients or a placebo. During the study all the test subjects answered specially developed topic-related questions, e.g. about their behaviour in stress situations or their level of general drive.

Impressive study results
After two months the results of the study showed that despite having an inadequate diet, this group when taking the combination showed significant increases in physical and mental performance. Meanwhile, the placebo group, which likewise practiced an unhealthy diet, showed no improvements. Even those on a good diet showed improvements when taking the combination.

The right combination produces vitality!
The conclusion was that the combination of special ingredients, including G115® ginseng extract, increases vitality significantly, especially in cases of inadequate nutritional supply. All of these nutrients are contained in Pharmaton® Capsules.
